Here's the story. I've got a 2090A controlling 2 ST506 Drives. Unfortunately, that is it's limit, as we all know. I've also got 2 other ST506 drives that I would like to use as SCSI drives via an Adaptec 4000A. Does anyone know of any problems with this? Can I simply run prep, tell it that it is a SCSI drive, and expect it to work? Do I need a scsi.device instead of my hd.device? What type of interleave should I format it for? Or is that drive specific? Can prep do that?
