I am having problems manually mounting a partition that I had given the SKIP
specification.  I copied the mountlist entry from the manual exactly and
double- and triple-checked the low and high cyl values.  However, when it
comes time to actually mount the darn thing, it refuses to mount.

If I use the ARP command, it goes through the motions, in effect mounting a
device that isn't there.

If I use the standard ADos command, I get the following error:
** Error in mountfile line nnn: Expected String, Got Number

The line in the mountlist is just
DH1   Device = icddisk.device

Are there any Advantage card owners out there who can help me?
