You should get binscii.exe, which is a text file, copy it to your Apple II, execute AppleSoft BASIC from a ProDOS system disk, then type "EXEC BINSCII.EXE", which will interpret the file as though the text had been manually typed in at the keyboard. If all goes well, it will unpack itself into a BINSCII.SYS file at that point. That's your BINSCII program. You can run it from BASIC by typing "-BINSCII.SYS". The operation is fairly obvious, except when unpacking a BINSCIIed file tell it the target DIRECTORY, not a target FILE name (the file names are encoded in the BINSCIIed archive). >2.
