I'm thinking about taking my Atari overseas where I will be
teaching for at least 3 years.  My son has a large amount of
games for the 800XL.

I have a multi-system TV which will get NTSC/PAL, so that is
no problem for use as a monitor, but I am not sure how I can
power up my American Atari on foreign (50 Hz, 220 V) power.

Is there a power supply I can buy cheaply, or in some way modify
my old one, so that I can use my Atari in Israel?
