Yes, Spectre says that it is running in Plus mode but it really isn't. If you use a Mac system snooper such as MacEnvy, it will tell you it thinks that the Spectre is a 512KE. This is only a problem with 6.04 and Spectre 2.65. Spectre is the one lying (it honestly is trying to give you Plus mode and it thinks it is but the truth is something was changed in 6.04 and the Plus flag don't work.) Mass confusion.
