I was told that it may be up to another four weeks before I see my copy due to "overwhelming demand." Frankly, I'm a little disappointed, considering its already been six weeks, and that was supposed to be due to "overwhelming demand." I switched from NEODESK to DC DESKTOP because of NEO's method of handling installed applications made one of my most used programs incompatible. DC didn't have this problem. I sent in my upgrade to NEO because they fixed this problem and added the ability to place folders on the desktop. However, DC has now announced and upgrade that allows DC DESKTOP to place folders on the desktop. If I don't get my shipment soon, I may just cancel my order and get the DC upgrade. I really like the NEO design better than the DC design (much less RAM overhead theoretically better machine compatability). However, DC seems to work fine, and I'm getting annoyed at Gribniff's delay without notice (I had to call them, and then they couldn't take the time to check on my order specifically).
