A while ago I summarized all I knew about program packers; the best one I
knew of then, and know of now, is called pfxpack.ttp. It will do all you
want; try it.
I uploaded it to atari.archive a while ago; the file is (I think) in
atari/util, it's called pfx.zoo. It may still be in the newitems dir too.
