You can buy a developers' kit, including MWM, a UIL compiler, compiled
libraries and documentation kit, from DEC today.  It appears to be based
on Motif 1.0.  Order number is QA-YMxAA-mc, where x is A for VMS, B for
VAX/Ultrix and C for RISC/Ultrix, and mc is the relevant media code.
A license is also required for VMS.  Not free, but cost is modest, as
DEC's offerings go!  I have read that they're planning to distribute MWM
along with VMS during late 1991.
