I've got 4 MicroVAX 3400s that I'd really like to mount in a
standard 19" rack.  These are in BA213 boxes - the same box as
MV3500s, DS5400s, and DECserver 550s come in.

Now, I know that DECserver 550s can be rackmounted, so I assume
that there a handy (unlisted part?) rackmount kit for the BA213.

Has anyone done this?  If so, I'd appreciate a description of the
process/parts.  (I would prefer a remedial-level treatment as I'm
solid thumbs when it comes to hardware.)
