To make one all you need is 34 pin ribbon cable and the 34 pin
connectors.  Just cut enough cable to reach to the second drive, and
it should work OK.  I made mine from parts I got at radio shack for
about $6.00, so you should be able to find cheaper elsewhere.  I
haven't seen ready-built cables for the second drive in a while.
