For those who wanted to know...
 
The Fujitsu part number for 4 pin, 2mm single row connectors is
FCN-723J004/1M.  The M is important -- without it, you get .1" connectors
instead of 2mm spaced connectors.
 
Last time I checked (about a week ago), Fujitsu's factory had them in
stock.  Now if only a distributor would get some without a nasty minimum
order...
 
There are four different pin types availiable -- for two different sized
wires, and for manual vs. machine insertions (loose vs. rolled pieces).
The loose, 26/28 AWG pin number is FCN-723J-G/AM.  If anybody want the
other ones, mail me.
