It takes approximately 1 minute from logging in to start VUE. As this
workstation is going to support 4 diskless workstations running case
tools and doing some database serving as well, I can see us not using VUE
at all for performance reasons. We will probably use the MOTIF window
manager. Some experimentation is required.
