(It is my experience that you _might_ have to pay something to HP for them to initially verify that the unit is operating properly... One such organization is Eurodata in Ottawa (Canada). There are others, but ask specifically if they will guarantee HP service acceptibility. This is often a way of getting an HP product (albeit probably not their latest model) at a non-HP price!
