Hi out there,

I am using a Hayes-compatible internal modem in my PC which is working very
well except that it doesn't recognize when I dial a number that is busy. I
can hear the busy tone through the internal speaker but the modem waits for
about 30 seconds and then tells me "NO CARRIER".

Is this behaviour ok when using a Hayes modem outside US, or am I doing
something wrong?
