Lines: 16 Is it possible to have a MFM harddrive and a SCSI or IDE drive exist on the same computer ? I have an old 8 bit MFM harddrive (Seagate ST225 and WD XTGEN controller) and I am wondering if it could be used in say a 386sx system that already has an IDE or SCSI drive installed ? I would like to have the additional storage space available, but I'm not worried about the speed of the old disk... Is there any way to mix harddrive types with an old MFM drive and controller?? Email; or post if you're the exhibitionist type... I'll post a summary if content and volume is evident... Thanks, Ross Bannerman banner@mitel.com(.uunet)
