The keyboards are identical, so IBM can sell you a cable that fits into the
flat, 5-pin connector in your AT-keyboard. (I know I've seen a report from
someone who had done this, can't remember where tho')

Secondarily, "The Wynn Rosch Hardware Bible" lists the pinouts for both the
AT and PS/2 connectors. See your library, or mail me. (I haven't got the book
here...)
