Over the past week, I have seen a lot of talk of about Tseng 4000 chipset
VGA cards.  Many people want a cheap one.  I posted an article about the
STB Powergraph VGA w/ 1M on board.  This is a board I am very pleased
with, both with hardware and technical support.  So I posting info on
both STB and the distributer I got it from.  Remember, I bought this card
at a trade show, so $189 is not what they will charge you normally.
