Pk., MD 20742 Lines: 8 We have also had the problem with Logitech serial mice "going crazy". I believe this was called the "mouse on drugs" problem. I was able to fix it on our machine by setting the mouse serial port baud rate and other parameters the same on both the mouse.sys command line and within Windows. Hope this helps.
