If the bundle bit isn't set, the desktop file won't know that other files could have been created by this one, and thus the finder won't know to start up 4D 2.1 when your 4D program file is double-clicked. Use ResEdit or something (BundAid would probably work, and is available via anon ftp from sumex), and maybe rebuild your desktop, and see if that helps. -- R David Francis francis@cis.ohio-state.edu
