What is the best way to connect a Mac to a 3B2/400 which are about 300
feet from each other?  The 3B2/400 has an RS - 232 port.

I thought about using phone lines and TurboNet or PhoneNet connectors.
For example:

mac->TurboNet ->telephone->TurboNet ->peripheral-8 cable->DIN-9/RS-232
     connector  line	   connector  extension adapter   cable
					      
Would this be feasible and relatively low cost?
