I recently purchased such a thing.  It works fine.  The installation wasn't
very hard.  The only incompatibility was that the init which is installed
to make the thing run doesn't like all the versions of the responder init.
Mobius called this "a little used Apple init".  Well it sure is used in
networking environments.  One can use the responder that came with system
6.0.4 but 6.0.3 or 6.0.5 doesn't work.  I don't know about 6.0.7
The above systems work just not the responder init.
But besides that its fine.
