Does anyone have experience with a Cardinal brand 2400 baud external modem?
It is supposedly fully Hayes compatible, but very inexpensive.  That would
worry me, except that the store that is selling it is quite reputable, and
I trust that they would not sell a brand that was not reliable.  They
have sold these for 4-5 months, and have not had any complaints.   I plan
to use it with my Mac Plus under MacTerminal, and I already have a cable
that connects my Mac to a Hayes.  I've been assured that it should work.
 
Any comments?
