You can't call the built-in windoid from HyperTalk. However, some 
enterprising XCMD hacker out there is probably working on a clone of the 
LinkTo windoid as we speak. It sould be a nice utility to have around.

Or, you could make one yourself with the Palette Maker card in the Power 
Tools stack.
