XMODEM protocol could be found from HyperCard Serial Toolbox which is ftp'able from sumex (or apple.com). In my HyperTalk-Kermit there is only Send, receive, and get-commands, but all the others are easy to install. I didn't myself need other commands than those above, but maybe sometimes I'll upgrade it to full-function version.
