Message-ID: <2906@bridge2.ESD.3Com.COM> Date: 2 Nov 90 23:04:45 GMT Organization: 3Com Corp., Mt. View, CA Lines: 19 I just installed Hypercard 2.0 on my Mac IIcx with 5 megs of ram, 6.0.7 and I am using Virtual set to 8 megs of ram.. I run a slew of INIT's of course and everytime I try to run Hypercard in 256 color mode I get a error msg indicating that 2.0 wants more memory to run. I tried running it up to 4 megs of partition space and still cannot get past the error msg. If I reduce the color level to 2 color, it runs fine. I find it hard to believe that 2.0 forces you to run in two color mode or B&W. While I have not tried playing the remove the INIT game using Startup Manager or InitPicker, I would like to know if someone can explain why I would get the error msg in the first place and if they perhaps already know what might be installed causing the problem... -- Norm Goodger SysOp - MacInfo BBS @415-795-8862 3Com Corp.
