Is it possible to turn a key into a forward delete key by editing the KCHR
resource in the System file?  I've tried assigning my backslash key various
ASCII values like the invisible control chars and the DEL char, but unless
I've missed one, it hasn't worked. Anyone know the ascii value for the fwd
del key if there is one?
