It is Package #1, and lists for around $170. You will find this is the same with most other brands of type, such as cassidy &green, etc. Sending the font, unless it is the Apple TrueType Font format, would be piracy for the person who sends it, and you. If you just want the bit map version, you can go to your local print shop, and purchase a mac-user disk, set up for use with their system, and may be able to obtain it for a nominal fee.
