Tell you what, I bought my Mac two years ago for $3000.0 >0 from a dealer. Now, what you have to say about that?!! Face it. It's no use arguing. Nobody on the 'Net is going to pay your price. 'Net people are just too shrewd and/or smart. They are the types that pay 10-40% less than what the average American pays for stuff like this. If they're not students (and therefore eligible for student discounts or can't afford to pay standard going rate), they're computer professionals and know the in's and out's of the business. They're the type that shops in the Computer Shopper, goes to Computer Swap meets, and assembles Sun Sparcstations from old DEC parts :-). Take my advice: If you're looking for a quick sale, go to the 'Net. If you after the best price you can get, advertise in the local paper, ask around your friends if they know anyone who wants to buy it,or post flyers on street corners. Post to the 'Net if you want (it's apparently free for you), but don't expect a flood of responses if your strategy is the latter... -- Dennis Lou | "But Yossarian, what if everyone thought that way?" dlou@ucsd.edu | "Then I'd be crazy to think any other way!"
