Does the NeXT OS (1.0 or 2.0) provide access to the Ethernet interface?
I know that some Sun machines do, in order to support packet-monitoring
software, and the facility has been used to run the Columbia AppleTalk
Package with pure EtherTalk support.  It might be nice to have real
AppleTalk support on the NeXT, since the NeXTStation would make an
attractive file server/print spooler for Macs.
