I've been able to get everything compiled on our Iris 4D, and have the printing stuff working so that 'lp' can access a laserwriter on Appletalk. However, I haven't had much luck with the file server. It compiles fine, and runs, and the self-tests in the CAP documents work, but the server doesn't seem to be visible to Macs on the network. Has anyone else done this port, and know of any tricks to get this to work? If anyone is interested in the details of how I've gotten as far as I have, E-mail me and I'll try to put my notes in some sort of order. -David Hinds dhinds@cb-iris.stanford.edu
