DevGuide is the Interface builder that is used with OpenWindows to assist
in the development of user interfaces.  We have it here, but have not used
it extensively. It allows you to interactively define the windows, menus,
pop-up's, scroll list, etc. etc. of Openwindows. Generates an intermediate
output that is converted to c source.
