Having been told the best way to create a group was to
watch what someone else was doing and copy it, I
included a partial vote count in my follow-up Call
for Vote. (I saw something in news.announce.newgroup
that gave a partial count.) This is against netnews
etiquette.  My apologies to all-- there will be no
additional partial votes posted.
"The jury will please disregard the previous partial vote
total."
