This has probably been asked many times before but could someone
send a Bourne or CSH script to regenerate the standard set of
fonts.  The vgr.brl.mil distribution (from U of Toronto)  has
fonts generated for an Imagen.  I need to rebuild them for
Adobe LaserWriters.
