1.  In the 12/78 BYTE, it is claimed that there are billiard table
    oscillators of periods 10 and 11, but they are not shown.  Does
    anybody know what they are?

2.  Is it possible to make the switch engine leave debris other than
    the normal 8 blocks/288 generations?
