This question concerns the "at" program and how it
stores/retrieves exported variables.  Until recently I had
no problem, but lately I find "at" is storing the value of
IFS incorrectly.  When it re-starts IFS does NOT contain the
new-line char, just blank and tab.  It appeared suddenly
here at Motorola.  Is this possibly a bug in some new
release of software, or a bug thats been around and just
never bit me before?
