I have an `af' entry in the printcap file, but it seems that the output filter program, which is responsible for writing the accounting entries, is being called incorectly--the arguments with which it's invoked include page length and width but no accounting file name. Can anyone suggest a reason why not? Is accounting intentionally disabled for some reason? -- In some sense a stochastic process can do better; at least it has a chance.
