Like everyone else, we're running short of space on our (100Mb) news
partition.  I'm considering reducing the minimum free space from 10%
to 0%, since as far as I can tell the main effect of the 10% is to
speed up allocation, which is not very important to people reading
news.

Is this reasonable?
