My understanding is that SysV.4 (on the 386) is fully binary compatible
with SysV.3 on the same CPU.

Is this correct ?

Has anyone out there had first hand experience running a major V.3
application on V.4 ?  In particular an application intended to run on
SCO UNIX V.3 ?

My apologies if this is frequently asked.  Normally I do not subscribe
to this newsgroup (I will now).  Posted or e-mail replies welcomed.
