How can I print from a PC-NFS client over a network of PC's with a server
running Interactive Unix 386 v2.2 with NFS ?

I find no mention of this in the documentation.  If my memory serves me
well I seem to recall some deamon called 'lpd' on other System V based
machines to carry out this task.  Is this not part of NFS proper ?

Is there any PD/commercial solution out there available for this DOS/Unix
problem?
