We are especially interested in those which produce UIL and standalone C code. Currently, we need to work with the Motif widgets, but flexibility and support for (now or soon) Open Look also interest us. Finally, if you know of anything besides TAE+ and STDWIN (both of which are being considered) which allows X clients to work with ASCII terminals, or produces code to drive ASCII terminals as well as X code, I would especially appreciate hearing about that.
