If the Trident card uses a different mode number for 800x600 from the
Paradise chipset, no, it won't work.  You'll need to change the mode in the
source and reassemble.  Or, you can use it with the Paradise driver.

It works on my Paradise clone (but my monitor can't take it), and
it works on the IBM PS/2s here in the PC lab.
