When I call up a DOS shell (with the default pif settings) full-screen I get colored blinking character garbage, until I run something that uses graphics. I've tried playing with combinations of display options to no avail. This wasn't a problem with mode 54 or 55h. My config.sys and autoexec.bat are bare-bones standard, nothing weird in them.... Has anyone else discovered this problem? Any solutions? (Incidentally, I use an ALR 386SX, V5 VGA Wonder w/ 512K).
