Everything has been pretty smooth so far and I really like it. Lately things have been a bit wierd. I keep getting unrecoverable application errors as well as getting my groups (ie. main, win apps, games etc) trashed. I think that it may have something to do with the swapfile. I have set up a permanent swapfile on a 12Mb partition (the swapfile is ~6Mb). I have been told that permanent swapfiles are a no-no by one person and exactly the opposite by another. What's the story? Should I go back to using a temporary swapfile. The hard drive is a Maxtor LXT-200S with a Future Domain SCSI controller.
