I've been having some difficulty including bitmaps in a help file 
that I have been  developing.  I am attempting to include a bitmap
by reference (17.4.3 of Tools).  At the point where I place the 
{bmc host.bmp} statement the bitmap does not appear just the {..}
statement.  The bitmap files were created with paint, they are 
listed in the .hpj file.  My rtf file was created with Word for 
windows.  Has anyone else every done this.  DO I need to do something
else like Double underline the {...} stmt, or something like that?
Any help will be appreciated.
