Subject: Getting Pixmap From Cursor (or Font)

	I want to bring up a window containing the cursor images available
	as named in cursorfont.h.  I can create the cursors with
	XCreateFontCursor, but is there any way for me to get a pixmap back
	from a cursor?  Is there a XCreateGlyphPixmap function?  Or do I
	have to write the characters into a pixmap explicitly?
