Is there a GUI builder, based on WCL (Widget Creation Library) available
out there?  If so, please let me know.

I'm running a bug-fixed Wcl 1.04 (including Kee Hinckley's Table widget) on
top of HP's supported version of OSF/Motif 1.0 on HP9000/370, 425 and 835 at
HP-UX 7.0x.
