Next time an Office employee treats you like that  call right back and 
demand to speak with the person's supervisor. Do not stand for such 
treatment! It is poor business for one thing...not to mention ethics...
                
Also, if speaking to the supervisor does no good.( As much as I hate to 
admit it.. some supervisors are worse than their charges).. then you can 
complain to the local medical Association about poor treatment on the 
part of staff in medical offices.!
