A little background: I am a 24 yr old with Cerebral Palsy. It hinders my ability to walk. I am ambulatory but use a cane to walk around with. The only 3 wheelers I have tried have been the two models of the Amigo and I have had positive experiences with both the quality of equipment and the people. I am very independant but want to concentrate on the cons I go to rather than on my legs. BTW: I would like to build up my cariovascular (sp?) system. What have your experiences been with the mainstream fitness centers? BTW2: Any alumni out there from C.Morley Sellery School of Gardena, CA? Thanks in advance, -- Michael
