No!  No!  That's a great way to get yourself hurt or killed.  With all
the "right on red," laws and left-turn arrows, a "walk," signal is *not*
a guarantee that it's safe to proceed.  I say instead of wasting so
much money on beepers and tweeters, put traffic lights in at busy
intersections that don't have them.
