I have two braillers here that could use an overhaul. Several years ago, I sent a brailler back to Howe Press for repair and like most service people everywhere else, they sent it back a few weeks later, charged me about $60, and didn't even fix the two major things that were wrong in the first place. This was despite a letter I enclosed with the brailler detailing exactly what was wrong. Oh well, that's past history.
